IMPORTANT

TURN OFF THE POWER AT THE MAIN FUSE

OR CIRCUIT BREAKER BOX

BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION

 Carefully unpack and identify all 

 parts before assembly. Bulbs are 

 not included.

1. Attach arms to canopy with hex 

 nuts and lock washers.

2. Install bulbs (not included). See 

 relamping label located at socket 

 area for type and maximum

 allowed wattage.

3. Slip rubber washer over sleeves of 

 ball cap nuts.

4. Position glass shade to align holes 

 properly with arm screws. Attach 

 glass to arms with ball cap nuts with 

 sleeves. Do Not Over Tighten.

5. Follow enclosed “Multiple  

 Fixture Installation Instructions” 

 for electrical and fixture installation 

 onto ceiling outlet box.
